What do you get when you cross a fringe tiara -- one of those fence-like sparklers that is also sometimes called a "sunray" tiara -- with a meander tiara? It turns out you get something a lot like today's sunny tiara: the sunray meander that once belonged to Queen Victoria's youngest daughter, Princess Beatrice.
